Andrea Campbell Becomes First Attorney General Candidate to Surpass $1 Million Raised, Showing Unrivaled Grassroots Momentum in AG Race

BOSTON – Andrea Campbell for Attorney General will report raising more than $210,000 in June, bringing her cash on hand to approximately $750,000 and her total raised to over $1 million since launching her AG campaign in February, becoming the first AG candidate to reach this threshold.

“From out raising her opponents and building statewide grassroots support to releasing comprehensive policy that will ensure Massachusetts continues to lead the way, Andrea has demonstrated unrivaled momentum in the Attorney General’s race,” said Will Stockton, Campaign Manager.

Over the past two weeks Campbell has shown unrivaled grassroots momentum in the Attorney General’s race, picking up three new congressional delegation endorsements, including Congressman Jake Auchincloss, Assistant Speaker Katherine Clark and Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley and the support of Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund, releasing a comprehensive gun violence prevention plan, and signaling a strong television ad buy leading up to the September primary.
